Author biography. Tell us about yourself and your background. Include a copy of your current resume or CV, and provide detailed information about your previous publications. Why do you think that you are the person to write this book? If you are proposing an anthology, what makes you the most qualified person to edit the collection, and what makes your contributors particularly qualified to write about this subject?

What is the selection procedure?

Each manuscript requires a minimum of twelve weeks to be properly assessed and evaluated by at least four reviewers. After a manuscript is assessed, the author may be (a) sent reviewers’ comments; (b) asked to come into our office for a verbal discussion; or (c) to respond to the comment via email. We are however under no obligation to pass on reviewers’ comments or provide reasons for rejection of manuscripts.    If your manuscript receives at least three favourable reports, this is then discussed at our editorial meeting where we decide whether to publish or not to publish the manuscript. Rejected manuscripts will be returned to the author.

Once a manuscript is accepted for publication, the author will be contacted to sign a publishing contract. If both parties are satisfied with the terms, the manuscript is then produced as a book. The details of the contractual agreement are, however, not discussed until the manuscript has been officially accepted for publication communicated to the author via email. It is also important to note that no monetary transactions are carried out before the publishing contract has been signed.
